Market Surveys including feasibility and strategy studies for existing or proposed facilities; due diligence for asset acquisition; property or market evaluation; initial financial estimates/analysis of historical or potential income and expenses in the course of purchase or redevelopment decisions for individual hotels or hotel groupings; limited site reviews or surveys for initial decision making in the course of hotel or resort acquisition.

Operational Diagnostics geared to improving the operating performance of hospitality assets for management, ownership or lenders. Typical engagements also include identification of potential franchise affiliations and/or management company selection for a new or repositioned hotel or resort based on an analysis of market potential.

Litigation Support Services services including expert witness testimony in hospitality industry related cases including eminent domain, bankruptcy, lost profits, ownership/management disputes and others. Work in this area typically focuses on effects on a property's occupancy and average rate by some defined outside source, either contemplated or actual.

Independent Impact Surveys for either chains or individual operators to estimate the impact of a new property on existing hotels of the same brand or in the same general area. Chains must grow to be successful, but significant impact on existing facilities is a reason not to grant a new affiliation and that impact must be assessed by someone unconnected to either side.

Asset Management/Business Plan assistance to owners or lenders for a specific hotel or group of hotels including the monitoring of performance and quality control. Assistance could also include asset disposition or repositioning strategies; due diligence for asset acquisition or development of a Business Plan for an individual property or group of hotels.
