Brush & Company, a hospitality consulting firm, was formed by Scott Brush in 1993 to provide quality management advisory services for select clientele in the lodging industry. The firm offers a full range of advisory services focusing on: "market studies, asset management and operational reviews"
The company is designed to provide professional consulting and advisory services in a more personalized manner than can be achieved in a large firm. The firm’s structure eliminates the pyramid that encourages the use of entry-level personnel and minimization of administrative and other non-advisory duties that take away from a principal's work directly with clients.
Mr. Brush’s expertise and experience in the consulting field has been recognized by selection as a member of both Cayuga Hospitality Consultants (Cayuga) and the International Society of Hospitality Consultants (ISHC). The ISHC is a "membership-by-invitation-only" group of prominent hospitality industry consultants while Cayuga is an international network of executives counseling the hotel, resort, club, casino and foodservice industries.
With more than 45 years experience in the hotel industry, both in operations and consultancy, Mr. Brush has the education and recognized expertise to provide high quality, "principal-involved" consulting services to all types of hotels and resorts.
